A: Originally it came from the”Not-So-Evil” Laboratory located in the dark recesses of the basement in Brooklyn, WI. But it can also mean “North-South-East” Labs. Over time the East lab moved from Philadelphia, to the suburbs of Chicago, and now to Minneapolis. And the South lab moved from Austin to Nashville. Very confusing.
